The OE shock is inspected, steam cleaned, and spin blasted to bare metal before it is recharged with new high performance shock oil. Worn components, such as the piston, rod guides and seal pack are replaced before being repainted with corrosion inhibiting paint. The shock and damping coil are dyno and functionally tested to assure OE performance. Arnott remanufactures and assembles this shock in the USA.

The Arnott Solenoid Valve Block is made from the highest quality materials such as O-Rings and Electrical Components and is designed to meet or exceed the original equipment. An air suspension solenoid valve block is responsible for distributing air from the Compressor to your Air Struts or Air Springs. Over time valve block O-Rings can dry rot and leak air causing your compressor to overwork or allow moisture to degrade the electrical solenoid components causing additional problems.

Arnott's air suspension compressors are newly manufactured and feature components developed by ISO 9000-certified manufacturers. To ensure the highest standard of quality in every product, the compressor is assembled and tested in the United States. The thorough 20-point inspection tests all components and functions of the compressor, including its endurance, amperage draw, and CFM.
