AS-3073 is an Arnott engineered new air suspension strut for the rear right side of the 2001-2006 Lexus LS 430 (UCF30 Chassis) with the height adjustable suspension option including the LS Ultimate Luxury edition. This new assembly replaces the OE strut and features a new, not remanufactured, custom- tuned shock absorber valved to provide the luxury ride LS owners expect. The Arnott strut features a new heavy-duty air bladder from ContiTech which is protected by an aluminum can along with a CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum and special rubber coated steel vibration isolator plates. This new air strut is assembled in the USA with Arnott's long-lasting seals, O-rings, bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, OE style quick connect air fitting and a dust boot to protect the shock.

A-2738 Arnott's new air spring for the rear right of the 1997-2004 BMW 5 Series Estate Wagon (E39) with rear air leveling features a multi-ply Continental ContiTech air spring bladder, heavy-duty crimping rings, steel top mount and custom-designed high-impact resin 5 Series bottom piston with a brass insert for added durability. The BMW 5-Series air spring is designed in the USA and assembled in the EU.

Arnott is pleased to offer this new, not rebuilt, Rear Right air strut for the 2002-2008 BMW 7-Series (E65 & E66 chassis) with Electronic Damping Control (EDC). Arnott's aftermarket replacement strut features a heavy-duty Continental ContiTech air spring bladder and a shock custom-designed for the 7-Series with a larger piston to provide excellent ride quality and stability. Arnott assembles these new struts in the USA using the highest quality materials including a CNC-machined top mount and bottom air spring perch made of aircraft quality aluminum, new crimping rings, O-rings, bump stop, an aluminum can, air fitting and protective dust boot. Arnott part AS-2821 is a new, not remanufactured, aftermarket rear strut assembly for the 2007-2013 Mercedes Benz^® S-Class (W221) and CL-Class (W216) Sedan with AIRMATIC and with & without 4MATIC. This replacement strut, designed and assembled in the USA, features a new custom-valved shock absorber assembled with a durable new Continental ContiTech rubber air spring bladder and no lower isolator seal which is subject to failure on the O.E. The strut is partly protected by an aluminum can and dust baffle to keep out debris and is assembled with heavy-duty crimping rings, seals, O-Rings and bumpstop. This fully assembled air strut plugs directly into the vehicle's electronic connector and eliminates fault codes.

Arnott's new air spring A-3329 for the right rear of the 2013-2018 Mercedes C-Class (W205 Chassis) both with and without 4MATIC, incl AMG (excl C350e), ffeatures a new multi-ply ContiTech air sleeve, German-made crimping rings, CNC machined anodized aluminum top mount and bottom piston, as well as a 4mm air fitting. The air spring, which is designed, assembled and tested in the USA, comes with an air spring dust cover to protect it from debris.

Arnott part AS-2823 is a completely remanufactured O.E. air strut for the rear right side of the 2009-2015 BMW 7 Series (F01, F02, F04 Chassis) with EDC (Electronic Damper Control), VDC (Variable Damper Control) and the FlexRay communications protocol. Each OE BMW strut is painstakingly tested for FlexRay functionality and then disassembled before reused components are steam cleaned and spin blasted to bare metal. The shock portion of the strut is recharged with new high performance shock oil and worn internal shock components such as the piston, rod guides and seal pack are replaced. The damper and damping coil are dyno and functionally tested to assure OE performance and OE parts are repainted with corrosion inhibiting paint. The strut is then rebuilt with a new multi-ply rubber air sleeve manufactured by ContiTech along with new heavy duty crimping rings, O-Rings, bump stop, bottom seal, sensor plug and airline fitting. All Arnott remanufactured struts are designed to work with the vehicle’s active damping and auto leveling functionality.

AS-3030 is an Arnott engineered aftermarket air suspension strut for the rear right hand side of the 2002-2010 Audi A8 (D3 Chassis) without sport suspension. This new, not remanufactured, assembly replaces the OE strut and features a premium Eibach damper, custom-tuned to provide a comfortable, yet responsive ride. The Arnott strut is built with Tier 1 components including O-rings, bump stop, heavy-duty crimping rings, new air line fitting, connector valve, and a multi-ply, cross-hatch air sleeve. The sleeve is protected by an aluminum can and dust cover and is coupled with a CNC-machined top mount made from aircraft-quality aluminum. This new replacement Audi A8 rear air strut is designed and assembled in the USA.

The air spring, which is designed in the USA and assembled in the EU, comes with an air spring dust boot to protect it from debris.

This air strut assembly is only for vehicles with Sport Suspension.

Arnott's new air spring A-3331 for the right rear of the 2010-2019 Lexus GX 460 and 2009-2019 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (J150) features a Continental ContiTech air bladder, heavy-duty crimping rings and high-impact plastic resin top mount and bottom piston. The Arnott air spring is assembled and tested in the USA. This air spring will replace the OE spring on vehicles with and without Kinetic Dynamic Suspension.

Vehicles equipped with Sport Suspension from the factory have firmer, shorter springs resulting in a lowered vehicle stance, along with shock absorbers that have been valved to yield firmer dampening. Arnott now offers a completely remanufactured OE rear right air strut for the 2003-2019 Bentley Continental GT and the 2005-2019 Bentley Flying Spur. Arnott thoroughly tests, cleans and repaints the OE Shock and then rebuilds it in the USA with a new heavy-duty air spring bladder manufactured by Continental ContiTech along with a new air valve, terminal/connector, bump stop, O-rings and gasket. Arnott's innovative design allows for a larger air volume so the OE reservoir is not used.
