Arnott’s History
For 35 years, Arnott has been the innovator in suspension replacement products. Today, Arnott is the global industry leader in manufacturing quality aftermarket suspension products and accessories.
The company, started in 1989 by Adam Arnott, was built out of his passion for tinkering with and building cars in the families’ garage in Punta Gorda, FL. His father, Donald Arnott, recognized his son’s automotive aptitude and encouraged Adam’s interest. By 1990, the pair began travelling throughout Florida, repairing air suspension problems, often for little or no fee. Adam’s passion for cars, coupled with Donald’s selfless satisfaction for helping others, laid the foundation for what would become the most successful, advanced and innovative automotive suspension products manufacturer in the world.
US operations headquartered in Merritt Island on Florida’s Space Coast and EU operations in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, the company has grown into the world-leading suspension manufacturer. The almost 30.000 m2 manufacturing plant in the USA includes an impressive 6.000 m2 research & development center, an Arnott-owned engineering department, remanufacturing center and paint shop, extensive test fleet and track, and a component warehouse as well as a distribution center for serving our global markets. The Netherlands facility includes manufacturing and assembly for air springs, struts, and air suspension compressors, R&D resources focusing on European vehicles, and a warehouse and distribution center serving the EMEA, CIS, and APAC markets.
